Do I need to create an account to order?

No. You can easily checkout as a guest. However creating an account allows you to view your order history, order status and receive updates on new arrivals and special promotions.

How many discount codes can be applied to the order?

1 discount coupon can be used at one time and can not be combined with other coupons.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $75.
If your order is less than $75, we charge a nominal flat shipping and handling fee of $5 for standard ground shipping within USA & Canada.

What are the shipping times?

Sometimes the packages can take longer due to Covid restrictions. We appreciate your understanding.
We dispatch most orders within 1-2 days of order being placed. Please allow:
7-10 working days for delivery within USA & Canada

How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 days of order being placed.

What should I do if the product I received is damaged?

We sincerely apologize if the product was not in perfect condition. In the rare situation the product is faulty, we will work with you to send a replacement. Send us an image of the damaged goods and our team will help you.

What is your returns policy?

Refunds are assessed on individual case basis. For some reason if you wish to return an item, it should be in unopened and unused condition. We will provide you with a returns address.
